Capital Brewery has been a part of the Madison/Middleton community for over 35 years. Being located in the “Good Neighbor” city we try to uphold our Good Neighbor status by helping out organizations in need.
If you are involved with a non-profit organization and would like to request a donation or sponsorship, please fill out our request form.
Please review our guidelines before filling out the request form:
- All beer has to be purchased, WE DO NOT DONATE BEER.
- Due to the nature of our company, organizations that are affiliated with minors (schools or sporting groups), political organizations or religious affiliations DO NOT qualify
- We will only accept requests from the online form (please do not call or send letters)
- All requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the date needed
- Your organization must be a federally registered non-profit group (501(c)(3)), and provide the proper federal tax ID #
- The Capital Brewery Co. Inc. assumes no responsibility for an event outside of the Brewery
- Please ensure you have the proper permit(s) to dispense beer at your event by contacting your local law enforcement agency
